Nina Coates is not a yoga teacher she is my ANGEL – she is MORE than a yoga teacher – she is awesome, and amazing. She saw right into my soul and was able to help me with my deep, deep pain not just my muscles pain, but my actual stress – stress left my body – I am VERY grateful to her, as she helped me in a way that is very deep and really just really cool and I am just so grateful that I met her and she biked to the middle of nowhere to help me out with problems I’ve been struggling with for years !! 1,000 TIMES thank YOU !
